If you want to request a change to your environment please fill out the RFC (request for change) form down below as completely as possible.
Our manager servicedesk will check if the request contains an in-fee change (costs are covered within your contract) or an out-fee change (cost are not covered within your contract.
He will also check if the request is technical possible.
After applying this form you will receive a response from our manager servicedesk if the change is possible and if the costs are covered in your contract.
If the costs are not covered in your contract an approve is requested from the financially responsible in your company.
